Hi Z,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

For measles, Rosasite is known to be helpful. I feel that Rose Quartz as well as Serpentine (in tumbled form) or Jade could be helpful too.

For mumps, and because it effects the salivary glands, I'd go with something for the throat chakra like Aquamarine, Blue Lace Agate or Blue Chalcedony.
