I really love all the Crystals that I've received from you.
Thank you also, for the e-mail on throat chakras. I ordered some of the crystals you suggested because I do have a thyroid proplem. I found out about a year ago that I have a lump on my left thyroid about the size of a gulf ball. Two months ago I had my first Reiki healing. Wow what a great gift that is! I'm now going through traning to be a Reiki healer myself. I also have a sister who has MS who just started using the crystals to help her, she loves them and it is now opening a new world for her because they are helping her. Yesterday I told her about Reiki and she is very interested. So I plan to help her after my completing Reiki I, II, and III. Do you have any sugestion on some crystals that would be good for her.

We are so happy to hear that you are enjoying your crystals. Reiki is a great energy healing modality and it can work quite well in combination with your crystals. With time and practice, your sister can benefit from this combination of energies as well.
The chakra most connected with MS is the Solar-Plexus, although some believe it is the Crown Chakra. Doing research on the subject of MS in relation to the chakra system will yield an understanding that there is some disagreement on the subject. I feel that both of these chakras are involved, but that all are to some degree. I think that MS has possibly multiple causes, and since there doesn't seem to be a consensus in the medical field on causes. I say this not only because of some research, but also because both my cousin and my mother in law have been diagnosed with MS, yet both seem to be receiving completely different information today.
The stones I feel would be the most beneficial for someone with Multiple Sclerosis would include Red Jasper, Carnelian, Citrine, Amber, Green Aventurine, Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst, and Clear Quartz. I thought these stone to be best because they cover all of the chakras. They should be worked with one at a time at first, starting with the Root Chakra to provide grounding as a support for the energy work to come. To provide some balance and a connection to the higher realms, the Crown Chakra should get attention next. After that she can work her way to the Heart, working with one chakra at a time, until she is more accustomed to regular energy healing. We carry a variety of chakra assortments on this page:
