Any of these crystals and stones will work, just look over the list and choose a few. Its not necessary to use them all. For the ears you can place them around the ear while resting or a neat trick is to put one on each side, near the ear, and use a stretchy headband to hold them in place for a period of time. And yes Rhodonite will be helpful.
