Question: I am just starting to learn and research about crystals. I am interested in any crystals for geopathic stress and also weight loss and how to use them. Thanks!!

Smokey Quartz can help neutralize the effect of geopathic stress.
Picture Jasper can help alleviate geopathic and environmental stress.
Black Tourmaline would work well to neutralize geopathic stress as it could draw in that stressful energy and transmute it to more positive vibrations.
Crystals to Aid in Weight loss:
Blue Apatite is known to work very well when trying to lose weight. It can help to return your eating habits to a more normal, healthy state. It is said that it helps suppress your appetite.
Mookaite Jasper or yellow fluorite is recommended by Philip Permutt (The Crystal Healer). He recommends meditating with it for 30 minutes each evening and focusing on losing the weight.
Iolite can reduce fatty deposits in the body.
Carnelian can also boost your motivation so that you stick to your goals and stay active. I would recommend you wear the carnelian, but perhaps to have it in your environment where you'll see it often specifically for motivation to exercise.
How to Work with your Crystals for the Best results:
Crystals work best when we consciously work with them. They still work if we buy them and leave them around but I find that they work best when we get involved with them.
