Just got my package and the crystals are wonderful thank you. I have a question, can I wear two quartz at the same time, both rose quartz and amethyst?
Also, what would you recommend for someone suffering from depression and bipolar.
And someone who has intestinal and or colon cancer?

Thanks for your email. You ask a very good question and there is no clear answer. With crystals, more is not necessarily better. Sometimes it is better to focus on one stone at a time and to help to activate and amplify the vibration of that specific stone. However, it can also be effective to use more than one crystal at a time and to combine the vibrations. I suggest that you experiment with this and to wear one for a period of time and then notice how you feel. Then switch to the other and notice how you feel. Then put on both and notice how you feel. Your intuition will tell you what you need to know. Remember also to clear your crystals after wearing them. Jewelry especially can absorb a lot of energy from being worn and clearing them helps to keep them bright and effective.
