I don't know whether it makes any difference when you select the crystals but here it is anyway:
I am a songwriter and a musician and looking for a stronger connection to the universe so that I can enhance my creativity and inspiration.
Thank you so much for your order. Yours is an excellent question, for it concerns the needs of all creative professions. There are a great deal of crystals out there that address this issue, so let's get right to it...
Many of the stones you have already purchased can help with creativity and inspiration:
Citrine works through the Crown Chakra to pull inspiration down into the Sacral Chakra, which is the main center for creative energy. Known as a stone of prosperity, Citrine can also improve the success of your creative projects.
Smokey Quartz is known to help improve one's creativity. As a Quartz, this crystal can connect one to higher realms, clearing the Crown Chakra to receive information from beyond this dimension. The Smokey aspect of this crystal helps to ground information from higher realms into the third-dimensional physical reality, running it directly through the other chakras.
Fluorite is well known for enhancing one's intuition and connection with the Universal Mind.
Apophyllite opens and activates the Crown Chakra, making one more open to inspiration and better able to translate that inspiration in a creative way.
Tiger Eye can help to unblock any creative energies within the chakras, making it a good choice for ameliorating writer's block.
Lapis Lazuli works with the Throat Chakra to translate and express any intuitive vibrations coming from the Third-Eye Chakra.
Some other stones that might help include:
Apatite is an excellent crystal for attracting inspiration and it also aids in the manifestation of it. Apatite is known for it's ability to enhance communication of one's creative ideas through any style of expression, whether music, visual art, dance, or writing. We have some Apatite here:
Chrysocolla is said to inspire creativity and strengthen one's confidence. Chrysocolla aligns all chakras with the Divine, and is then able to pull information into the Heart Chakra, where it can be transformed by one's inner truth. You can see our selection of Chrysocolla here:
Green Quartz opens the Heart Chakra, bringing Divine inspiration into this energy center to be integrated into the rest of the chakras. We have a nice selection of Green Quartz at the following page:
There are many stones that can offer aid to one's creative pursuits. These are just a few, but you have plenty to get you started. I don't know how new you are to working with stones, but I would suggest spending a little one-on-one time with each of your new crystals to get the best results from your work with each of them. This allows you time to get to know their energies, and them time to get to know you. Then, over time, you might try combining them for unique effects.
Please feel free to write in with any more questions you might have. Enjoy your new crystals!
Love and Peace,
