Question:
"Hi... I need some crystal advice. My Aunt has terminal cancer and is not doing well at all now. I help to take her to her treatment and whatever else I can do for her. But as you can imagine, I'm having a rough time coping with the knowledge that she won't be around much longer. Are there certain crystals that can help me through this process as well? I have a hard time falling a sleep at night as I just can't seem to find the off button for my mind. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide."
Answer:
Greetings,
Thank you for reaching out with your crystal question. I am sorry to hear about your aunt and I send healing energy her way.
This is a trying time for all, and as you seem to be closest to her it will be difficult. Remember to take some time for yourself. As a caregiver, it is important to take care of ourselves so we can take care of others.
Try some Snowflake Obsidian is a great one for support during trying times, helping us center ourselves and to keep our balance. Also Blue Lace Agate is another one to help you communicate your feelings about what you are going through and adds more balance and calm. Add some Amethyst to help you sleep. With the calming affects of the other crystals I mentioned these should help.
I hope you find this helpful.
