"Would you please tell me which crystals to use for adrenal failure? Also, I've been using amethyst for anxiety but it's not working to well. Before I buy something else, I thought I'd see what you suggest first. Also, I read that when you "lose" a crystal it's because it has absorbed all it can and it's time to be replaced.
I have already replaced a smokey quartz and kunzite and now have "lost" a lapis lazuli, which I used for meditating with. But again, is there a stone that you would suggest is more effective before I buy one."
Thanks for visiting Healing Crystals and inquiring about crystals for adrenal failure and anxiety.
We happen to have an article that addresses the adrenals - I've attached the link: Crystals for the Adrenals and Pituitary Gland
In addition to the crystals in the article, I'd recommend the following for energetic support and healing:
We also have in our database an article that addresses anxiety attacks. Both of the crystals listed in this article are wonderful calming stones: Crystals for Anxiety Attacks
And, to address "losing" stones, follow your intuition on this one. Sometimes we loose things because we're not in our bodies and we're not focused. Sometimes the crystal may need clearing because it's absorbed enough density. Sometimes a stone is just misplaced and we need to turn our attention to another vibration. I'm not sure I'd read too much into loosing the stones, instead I'd focus on what you can do to help you let go of worrying about loosing the stone! Maybe try one of our neck pouches, or a necklace. This way you can focus on feeling better and let go of worrying about the stones.
Much love and light to you on your healing journey,
