I have a question. Do you think it's best to place the crystals all around the house?

Absolutely! Once you find that passion for crystals, its really hard NOT to have them all over the place! :)
I have over 500 myself, so my main issue is to make sure they are cleansed regularly. I do them in groups, by room, most of the time. But there are occasions where I take every one out to a huge table in my yard to let them soak in the full moon light, by far my favorite cleansing method. The only thing I would caution against is not to keep too many quartz or other high vibrational crystals in the bedroom as it makes sleeping a bit challenging (least for me). Otherwise, let them go wherever you feel they should go.
