What crystals can help with nasal allergies? I have problems when moving from cold to warm place and vice versa. Thanks.

Thank you for your inquiry. Amber and Blue Lace Agate are two crystals I would suggest when working with nasal allergies*. I would place the Amber on the forehead and cheeks before meditating and when going to bed. When sleeping, place it under your pillow. The Blue Lace Agate should be worn as a necklace, pendant or earrings to get the most benefit from it.
