Hello. I would like to know which crystals can help with confidence? I have Citrine, and I feel a little bit better. I tried to narrow it down when I get nervous, too. It seems like when I have to make or meet appointments with people, or make a telephone call or a complaint---that's when I don't feel great about myself. Also with things I'm good at and subjects I like to talk about. Thanks for any suggestions.
Thanks so much for your question about crystals to help with confidence when dealing with others. I think you would really benefit from Lapis Lazuli since it seems that you are having a hard time expressing yourself. You seem to know your own mind and are perhaps just a little nervous about letting your inner confidence come out for others to see. Lapis Lazuli will help you with that and encourage you to speak your mind without fear of backlash or misunderstandings. That doesn't mean that you will always get the results that you want or expect when your express yourself to others so try an Amethyst to help you remain grounded and controlled when dealing with difficult people. Amethyst will also help you listen to others response and be able to adapt to their contributions without being stuck on simply getting your point across.
Thank you again for your question and for your support of Healing Crystals.com. I hope that I have been able to help and that you will not hesitate to contact me with any other questions.
Wishing you lots of Love and Light.
