"Hello, I have asked questions here before and you've all been so helpful! I have another question. A friend and co-worker of mine has had long term problems with night terrors. She is currently taking medication for it, but it makes her dizzy and not feel like herself. I asked her how she felt about crystal healing and she seemed very interested. I'd love if you could help inform me and her about what kind of stone would be best to help her go into a calm and safe sense of sleep. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!"

For stress I am going to suggest some crystals whose vibrations can work with her energy systems to bring some tranquility into her life.

I would like to recommend a couple of crystals for stress. Lithium Quartz and Kunzite are very good as well as Blue Lace Agate and Blue Calcite. Wearing them in jewelry and placing them under her pillow at night may be beneficial.

Drinking herbal teas and taking herbal supplements may help her relax. She needs to check with her doctor to make sure that the herbal supplements don't interfere with her medications. Using Lavender in scented lotions, creams, and candles can lend a hand in creating a more relaxed atmosphere. Calming music played as she went to bed may also be beneficial.
