I am so sorry to hear that your brother is being bullied at school. That is a horrible experience for anyone to go through. I hope that he and your parents are both taking the proper course of action by speaking with his teachers, guidance counselor and other school officials.
I think a Tigers Eye and/or a Carnelian would be very beneficial for your brother. Both are very grounding crystals and excellent for providing courage and strength.
I would also suggest a Black Tourmaline for protection. I would charge the Black Tourmaline with the intention that any negative or harmful energy sent towards your brother will be transformed and sent back unto whoever sent the energy out. You don't want to hurt anyone by not transforming the energy for everyone's higher good. You might have your brother do the intention himself so that he bonds with the crystal and feels more protected when he is carrying or wearing it.
