The first one that comes to mind is Rose Quartz, but more to be gentle with yourself because learning to not overthink or worry is a process. It takes time so be gentle with yourself.
I'd also recommend a good grounding crystal like Hematite or Black Tourmaline to keep you in the present and not in your mind.
