About 5 years ago my best friend had a brain tumor removed. Because of the surgery half of her head and face went numb. Recently she has started to regain feeling. I was wondering if you had any suggestions on crystals that could help her cope with this. The doctors say there's nothing they can do and I'm a firm believer in the wonders of nature and not modern medicine so if you could please offer some suggestions they would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Dear A,

I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. We will keep her in our thoughts and send her healing energy too. Watermelon Tourmaline can be beneficial to strengthening the nerves and may encourage regeneration of nerves. Phenaciteis another crystal that can be good for nerve damage and Amethyst is an excellent general healer that could also help. Because the numbness is in her head and face, when possible she should try to place the crystals directly on the problem areas or as close as she can. She could wear the stones as a necklace, earrings or hold them in place with medical tape. Another way to use these stones is to place them in a bath, where they will energize the water, or by drinking a crystal elixir. Here is an articleon how to make an elixir. I hope this information is helpful to you and helps your friend to feel better.

Crystal Blessings,

Stephanie
