Which Stilbite crystal will be best to lay on my wrist to lower my pulse rate?

Thank you so much for your question about which crystals will help to lower your pulse rate.
You mentioned a Stilbiteand that is a very calming crystal. If you would like to place it on your wrists I would suggest using small tumbled stones. You could place them inside of a wrap so that you are not restricted in your movements and they won't fall off.
Other crystals that work well with heart and blood pressure related symptoms include Chrysoprase, Emerald, and Charoite. All three have a very calming and balancing influence. You don't necessarily need to wear them or have them on your body in order for them to work. You can just have them around you and they will provide relief and healing.
