Thank you so much for your question about which crystals can help with heart palpitations and headaches. First, I must remind you that crystals are for healing and should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care. Crystals are not a medical treatment and should not be used as a replacement for medical care. Please consult your healthcare specialist for your particular needs.
You don't mention if the heart palpations and headaches occur at the same time or if they are symptoms of something else - like High Blood Pressure. I'm going to make recommendations based on the headaches and the heart palpations being two separate concerns but if you would like to get in touch with more information I may be able to suggest other crystals that can work on the overall health issue.
I suggest a Lepidolite, Lithium Quartzor a Chrysoprasefor the heart palpations. They are all very calming crystals that should help to regulate and balance your system. In particular I believe you will find the Lepidolite very helpful and it has the added benefit of calming any stress you may be feeling - that could be making the palpations worse. Amethyst and Lapis Lazuli will help with the headaches. I suffer from migraines and have found both to be very helpful at relieving the pain. Try lying down and placing the crystal on your Third Eye in the center of your forehead. You may take that time to place whichever crystal you are using for the heart palpations on your chest and let both work together to ease the pain and calm the stress that your body is feeling.
