Hi P,
Anything from the Jasper family - especially Black and Red Jasper - are a powerful healing influence when working with epilepsy and seizures. It is the earth/ground energy that really helps to steady the system. Black Onyx, Jet and Black Tourmaline have similar qualities and will also work well on these cases.
Lapis Lazuli and Sugilite both work on healing the nervous system and can bring a sense of calm and peace that is a deterrent against seizures. Finally, I really like Fluorite for a general atmosphere of healing and calm.
