"Hi, can you give me some advise? I have been using Ayurveda and Chinese medicine to heal my liver. My liver is weak and is not moving blood or filtering. It seems to be stagnate which is causing a host of problems. From PMS too irregular cycles. I also fell cold and hot. The list goes on but in both Ayurveda and Chinese it appears to be the liver. I am now doing accupunture. But am thinking crystals could help. But not sure what to do with them or which ones to try. Can you advise?"

Aventurine can strengthen the liver and help recovery, and Iolite assists with liver regeneration and detoxifying.
Another strong healing crystal is Dioptase, which is especially beneficial for the liver. You can also make an elixir from Dioptase to help, but because it makes a powerful elixir, you will want to start out with small doses a couple of times a day and you should use the indirect method.
