Enhydro Quartz

Question:

"I’m looking for healing of Mal de Debarquement Syndrome. It’s a vestibular disorder. You feel like you’re always rocking in a boat or walking on foam rubber. It’s not vertigo since you’re not dizzy. Thanks for the help. I’ve had it for over 10 years."

Answer:

Hi C,

Goodness but I've scoured my books and the net for some info on what could possibly support with crystals and I haven't been able to find much.

From the way Google describes it, I had initially thought that grounding stones, such as Black TourmalineBronziteHematiteSmokey Quartz, may help you to feel more physically balanced and stable BUT with the symptoms and experiences you described, I'm not sure how successful grounding stones would be. Grounding stones such as Hematite can make you feel heavy in the sense that you are grounded in the body and into the earth. If you're already feel weighted, heavy, like the floor is sucking you in, then something like Hematite doesn't sound nor feel correct.

I'm wondering if something like Rose QuartzLepidoliteAquamarine, or Larimar can be more supportive. All of these have a calming and soothing vibration to them. Holding it during a stressful time when that experience is particularly strong, may be able to draw you back up from the ground, into your body and more stable again.

I've reached out to a very knowledgeable lady on Facebook who often has the most insightful suggestions and here are her suggestions:

"Just like any movement disorders - the cause, symptoms and cures occur in cycles, loops. Add Enhydro quartz (be sure it's a "moving" bubble) to Rhodonite (Saturn/inner ear bones), Sapphire and Yellow Jasper combos."

Dawn is incredibly knowledgeable so I trust her feedback and guidance. I particularly love her Enhydro suggestion with a moving bubble! Take a look at her suggestions and see if any do resonate for you. And I hope this helps!
