Thanks for reaching out to us.
The first one that comes to mind is Rose Quartz. Rose Quartz can be great to support inner child work and it's always nice to do this work and come from a place of love.
Other nice ones for connecting with your inner child includes Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Orange Kyanite. You can even look into Carnelian because it is shouting in my head so maybe it is of use.
To help open the channels for communication, you could work with blue stones like Celestite and even Blue Kyanite. Any blue stone you're drawn to would actually be great.
Remember to also do things that you enjoyed as a child - play in the mud, jump in puddles, laugh out loud for no reason, draw, colour OUTSIDE of the lines. Sometimes we focus upon the spiritual way to connect and forget about the physical way too.
Another great inner child technique I learnt is to ground yourself and then write a letter to your inner child from a place of love. Then just write, no thinking and respond back to that letter as your inner child. Lastly, if you're called to, to then write a letter to yourself from your higher self.
