Tumbled Chrysoprase

Question:

"Hi there,

Request to recommend a powerful crystal for below mental issues: Feeling very, very inferior for the personality I'm having e.g. short-5.3 only, thin, less masculine. I tried a lot (exercises) to increase my height which doesn't help. Then I joined a Gym to put on my weight to look more macho which also doesn't help (I was told that I have skinny body type). Then I kept moustache and beard to look masculine but unfortunately it doesn't suit my personality.

Whenever I see the tall, dark guys I feel very inferior for my personality. Is there any powerful crystal which will help me to overcome this?"

Answer:

Hi there Rajesh,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Remember that everyone is different and the way you are may not be what you view as ideal but it's who you are - embrace it, love it, nurture and cherish it because you're all you've got. I know this is easier said than done, but be patience and gentle with yourself.

I'd recommend some crystals for confidence like CitrineGolden Tiger EyeMoonstoneJadeBronzite and/or Dumortierite.
Chrysoprase can also help you see and accept yourself as who you are. In addition, throw some love into that and work with something like Rose Quartz which encourages love, including self-love, as well as patience for ourselves. We can all do with a little extra love through anything we do and Rose Quartz is like a hug after a long day. If Rose Quartz doesn't feel like your flavor, then you can work with Morganite.

Go with crystals that you are drawn to and take a look at some self-love practices that you can implement daily which really make you feel good and fills up your cup - think about what your amazing body can do which you enjoy and do that, look at yourself in the mirror and point out 5 things you love about yourself then finish it off by telling yourself that you love yourself. Try to aim for 3-5 practices you can implement daily for self-love.

I hope this helps :)
