Thanks for your message.
We have a few pieces with holes that can be used to represent the divine feminine:
Crystal Eggs, or Celestite Eggs but Celestite is not the first crystal that comes to mind when thinking of feminine energy, although they may for you and that's why I'm including it. Eggs in general are also great to represent the woman because they can represent that divine cauldron (womb) creation of the feminine.
Amethyst Towers - something a little more different and might not really fit your idea but I thought to include it because it has the hole as requested.
Then something that I personally find quite strongly associated with the woman/divine feminine is agate and banded carnelian when they make the "eye" formation which can also be symbolic for the yoni and feminine magic.
You can get really creative with this when it comes to Agate. The above example may be a great idea to represent a woman moving from her fertile mother era to the crone era.
