Thanks for reaching out to us.
That is a tough one to answer.
For an overactive sex-drive that could be from an overactive Sacral Chakra and crystals which can bring balance to that Chakra would be: Moonstone, and light blue stones such as Blue Chalcedony, Blue Lace Agate or Blue Calcite. Moonstone would be my first recommendation for a man, so as to get to in touch with the slower feminine nature AND to balance the Sacral Chakra, and overactive sex drive/urges.
It would also be important to take a look at what "need" you are trying to fill by overindulging, whether it be in sexual activities, food or anything you're consuming. So I'd recommend to work with a crystal that are drawn to, like Moonstone, and then start working out where that can be coming from.
It's important to note that no crystal is going to neutralize anything, whether it is a sexual urge or something else, because crystals support us energetically so it's important to work with someone who can guide you through an addiction while you are going through your own skeletons in the closet to uncover and heal.
