Tumbled Zoisite

Question:

"I have been asked to make recommendations for something to help with syncope but there is nothing that I can find as to crystals that help with this condition. She also has an undefined heart issue as well as high blood pressure. Thank you so very much for your help!!"

Answer:

Hi there J,

Thanks for reaching out to us and I'd love to offer suggestions but before I get into that, I must share our disclaimer: Crystals can complement all forms of therapy but they are not a substitute for medical advice, practices or treatment. Always consult your local physician.

Syncope according to google is defined as: Fainting or a sudden temporary loss of consciousness.
This is definitely be a tough one to offer recommendations for which can support you/the person to stop fainting, although we do recommend Lapis Lazuli or Zoisite which can offer support to those who are suffering from fainting. If you can, please share with me what the cause may be of her loosing consciousness, and if it just happens?

Crystals that support the heart include: AmazoniteAmberBloodstoneChrysopraseDioptaseEmeraldGarnet, Green Tourmaline, RhodoniteStrawberry QuartzUnakiteZoisite w/Ruby. I personally also like to recommend Heart shaped crystals to support healing the heart on an energetic level.
She can either wear the chosen crystal as a pendant or even meditate with it on her Heart Chakra for about 10 minutes or longer if she feels comfortable.

Crystals that encourage a more balanced blood pressure from high include: BloodstoneCharoiteChrysocollaChrysopraseEmeraldHematiteKunziteSodalite
For balancing blood pressure, I'd recommend carrying her chosen stone with her for the intention of balancing her blood pressure.

I hope this helps and many blessings to your friend :)
