Green Fluorite Chunks

Question:

"Hi there! I was wondering if you had a recommendation for shoulder pain?

My husband has been a mechanic for 25 years, using air tools (harsh vibrations on the joints) and uses his shoulders A LOT on vehicles lifted up above him. I've looked at articles but they're more centered on back pain. Its definitely his shoulder, and he's close to needing cortisone shots for the pain and crunchiness (eww!).

I'd also love some suggestions for hand arthritis? I've been sleeping with a howlite stone taped to the area it hurts/where I get cortisone shots and is held in place by my nighttime thumb brace.

I really look forward to your advice! Thank you so much for taking your time to answer me. I can't thank you enough!"

Answer:

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Firstly, the kind of mechanical wear and tear on your husband’s shoulders that you are describing will head him in one direction for sure - shoulder replacement surgery. Fortunately this can be done successfully. There is no method or crystal or anything that can prevent wear and tear from overuse from happening. Many people have to give up careers/professions/sports because of this plain truth. Having said that, I will now give you some crystal ideas - I just don’t want you to have wrong expectations or delay getting the correct orthopedic help when the condition dictates this step.

To recondition the tissue in a general way, you can use Shungite. A sphere is easiest, and you can roll the stone all over the areas where the tissue needs help to heal, and where pain relief is needed.

To deal with inflammation, the “ice” of the mineral kingdom is Green Fluorite. Holding green fluorite against the inflamed area will give relief and healing. Additionally, green calcite is an excellent anti-inflammatory. Zincite can also help inflammation but requires more than just holding against the area - requires some knowledge of Crystal Surgery which is my crystal healing method.

To help the irritable fascia, you can use a combination of Diopside and Thunder Bay Amethyst, and this is also a Crystal Surgery method.

To regenerate tissue, you use a combination of carnelian and tangerine quartz, aqua aura and angel aura, and metamorphosis quartz and white apophyllite - again, this is a Crystal Surgery procedure.

To find out more about Crystal Surgery, I recommend you go to my YouTube channel, Crystal Surgery and Crystal Healing Techniques — there are many, many demos there of how to do Crystal Surgery. Begin with: “How to give yourself a Crystal Healing Session” to see how to use the Shungite.

What I recommend that you do, is use the Shungite and the Green Fluorite to begin with.

Then ask me some more questions if you want to. Once you get into this, it just grows and grows. It is important not to get overwhelmed.

If you can access a slice of green garnet - and I mean garnet that is green, not Tsavorite or Uvarovite Garnet - it actually takes pain out. Check with HealingCrystals first to see whether they have any (I’m an editor/contributor, not in their crystal sales section.)

What you also can use, is aromatherapy oils. The 2 in this case, are Lavender and Peppermint Oil. These are very easy to access and you don’t need anything special. Lavender will help the scar tissue to rectify and heal - and this is what is so very, very important. Use it neat, apply twice daily. Peppermint oil gives both pain relief and stimulates healing - use it neat too. Remember to wash hands thoroughly, and don’t touch your eyes.

Hope this helps :)
