Amazonite Cabochon

Question:

"Crystals which would help Primary Restless Leg Syndrome. Primary RLS is actually neurological not due to any sort of deficiency. It is treated with Parkinson’s meds, and they are not sure what the correlation is between Primary RLS and Parkinson’s, ie if Primary RLS is a precursor to Parkinson’s."

Answer:

Hi V,

Thanks for clarifying! I'm not a doctor but I can offer some suggestions for the nervous system, brain and spinal cord.

Nervous System:
To generally support the nervous system AmazoniteBlue KyaniteChalcopyriteChrysocolla, and Pietersite but to support regeneration then AmberAragonite, Chrysoprase, Faden Quartz, and Mangano (Pink) Calcite may be better suited. Amazonite also supports regeneration.

Brain:
For general brain health, healing and support energetically, these crystals are recommended: AmethystAventurine, Azurite, Botswana Agate, Magnesite (Lodestone), Phenacite, and Pyrite. I also like to recommend Aquamarine for the brain in general. To bring better balance to the brain, EpidoteMica, and Sugilite are recommended.

Spinal Cord:
Crystals that support the spinal cord include Garnet, Magnetite (Lodestone), Petrified Wood, and Selenite. Selenite is my personal favorite of this list because of how fibrous its appearance is, it has a sense of connecting to it, same as Petrified Wood. If someone lays on their tummy, they can have a partner or friend place some Selenite along their spine to offer that energetic support to the spinal cord.

Of course, these are only suggestions to energetically support the body. They are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

One could work with a combination of these crystals if they were drawn to one or two of each.
I'd suggest perhaps working with them on the actual body for physical support, so perhaps holding them during meditation, placing them on your spine, or even one stone at the nape of your neck.

With the connection to Parkinson's and being treated with Parkinson's meds, I do wonder if crystals specifically for that would be beneficial for support. Judy Hall (The Crystal Bible, Vol. 1 and 2) recommends Cerussite, Eudialyte, Nuummite, Opal, and Rose Quartz specifically for Parkinson's Disease.

I hope this helps!
