Kunzite Tumbles

Question:

"I have been diagnosed with relapsing polychondritis and am being evaluated for lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. What crystals do you recommend? Thank you in advance!"

Answer:

Hi there J,

Thanks for reaching out to us and I'm sorry for what you're going through right now.
I'd love to offer you some suggestions but before I do, our disclaimer: Crystals can complement all forms of therapy but they offer energetic support and cannot be used as a substitute for medical advice or practices. I am not a doctor, always consult with your local physician.

I am only offering some suggestions for inflammation, cartilage and because polychondritis commonly effects the ears, nose and the airways of the lungs (according to Google), I'll offer you some to support those areas of the body too.

Crystals recommended for inflammation include Blue Lace AgateKunziteLarimar, and Malachite.
You could make an elixir to drink daily with any of these BUT, I'd suggest the INDIRECT method where you charge your water with the stones instead of putting the stone IN the water because Malachite is toxic.
Read more about making gem waters here:

Apatite is great for supporting the strengthening of bones and teeth as well as cartilage.

Crystals to support the ears include: AmethystOrange CalciteHiddenite, Snowflake Obsidian

For the nose and airways, these are crystals that support the lungs and because you breathe through your nose, they could also support the nose but I've also included some linked more to the Third Eye Chakra because the nose is so close to that Chaka: Blue Calcite, CharoiteChalcopyriteChrysocollaDioptaseGreen Calcite, HiddeniteMalachitePeridotRose Quartz

A previous post that may be of use for you: Crystals for someone with Costocondritis, a cartilate inflammation

There is quite a few suggested so I'd recommend simply looking at each of the suggestions, go through them and see if any catch your eye and attention. Those would be the best to work with.

Hope this helps :)
