Aquamarine Rods with Muscovite

Question:

"I am having physical troubles with my liver, causing a great deal of pain in my upper right quadrant, front and back. Doctors removed my gallbladder, but the pain persists. Is there a healing crystal that can help with the pain in my liver, and perhaps promote healing, and how do I use it for the greatest effect?"

Answer:

Hi there J,

Thanks for reaching out to us and I'm sorry to hear about what you're going through. Before I offer suggestions, I have to share our disclaimer: I am not a doctor and cannot offer medical advice. Crystal support all types of therapy but they cannot substitute medical advice or practices.

Smokey Quartz is a lovely stone for pain relief, as is Amethyst.

Crystals directly associated with the healing that encourage health and healing of the liver include: AquamarineAzurite/MalachiteCarnelianEmeraldGarnetHeliodorJadeMahogany ObsidianRainforest RhyoliteRed Aventurine, Yellow Jasper.

I'd recommend choosing one that resonates with you. Look at all the suggestions and then take a day or two to see which stick in your mind.

There is no right or wrong way to use these stones for pain relief, and what you can do is hold the crystal on the area that you are experiencing pain or you can place it on your Solar Plexus chakra with the intention to support the liver. You can lie with your stone for 10-15 minutes on a daily practice and see if that helps relieve the pain.

I hope this helps and I'm sending you healing during this time!!
