Sunstone Cabochons

Question:

"Hi, I currently use a rainbow moonstone ring and a lithium quartz necklace all day. I need more help for menopause issues - hot flashes / mood swings / quick to anger / very low energy and motivation to move. Any other suggestions? Thank you so much!"

Answer:

Hi there J,

Thank you for your crystal question.
I'd love to offer you some suggestions for working with your stones but I do have to state our disclaimer: crystals can complement all types of therapy but they are not a replacement for medical advice or practices.

Rainbow Moonstone is great for women in general and can offer support with womb imbalances.
Lithium Quartz is really great for calming energy and offering stress/anxiety relief.

So I think that these are two great stones to work with BUT I have a few more suggestions:

  • Low Energy and Motivation - Try working with Carnelian or Sunstone. Meditate with it in the morning or charge your water with it to drink through the day.
  • Quick to anger - IF YOU WANT, I'd recommend working with a light blue stone such as Blue Lace Agate or Blue Chalcedony (Sodalite also comes to mind so please look this one up to see if it resonates with you.) The Lithium Quartz if you're still drawn to it can help to calm you too. This can help to offer you some calm BUT you are also going to want to look at CHANNELING that anger out in healthy ways instead of bottling it or taking it out on people around you. Some ideas for this: writing, drawing, painting, screaming underwater, punching a pillow.

I hope this helps you :)
