Interesting question!
Some mini chips is probably your best bet for something like that as they're less than an inch big, usually 1/8" - 3/8" but we only have those in Neon Apatite, Green Aventurine, Sodalite, Sunstone and Blue Topaz.
You could also perhaps get one of the tumbled chips necklaces (Amethyst or Clear Quartz) OR bracelets (Amethyst or Clear Quartz) and then cut the string/elastic to use those chips. That could work too. The tumbled chips on these are also relatively small and could fit, and there's photos on the website so you could take a gander.
