Question:
"My horse has had part of his intestines removed as a result of colic where his intestines twisted in on themselves. His good intestine was stitched on to his cecum. This was two days ago and obviously he is very poorly and his intestines need to start working again - is there anything you could suggest please to help the swelling at the surgery site go down and help his intestines start working again please."
Answer:
Greetings C,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your question.
Firstly, crystals can react differently for humans and animals, so use caution and keep an eye on the animal as you use them. If the animal acts distressed in any way, remove the crystal and use shorter times of use.
These crystals are all good for intestinal problems and you could find them helpful:
Dravite, Garnet, Jasper or Tiger's Eye
For healing I would suggest Amethyst or Malachite. They are both wonderful healing crystals and they can also assist with pain.
Jet or Kunzite can help with the swelling at the surgery site.
I hope you find this helpful.
