Thanks for reaching out to us and for your question!
Before I offer suggestions, I must share our disclaimer: crystals can complement all forms of therapy, but they cannot replace medical advice or practices. Always consult with your local physician.
Crystals for Anxiety:
Anxiety is a challenge to offer recommendations for because it can also depend on what's causing the anxiety, however I shall share my favourites with you that has helped me.
Black Tourmaline (to ground excess energy and get you grounded which is helpful if you are up in your head worrying) along with Lepidolite (eases and offers relief from anxiety). Blue Chalcedony along with Rose Quartz can also help to calm and ease anxiety.
Crystals for Panic Attacks:
Green Calcite, Lapis Lazuli, Rhodonite, Lithium Quartz, Lepidolite, Kunzite are all known to be helpful support to those who suffer from panic attacks.
For the above mentioned (anxiety and panic attacks), I'd recommend to carry them with you or especially at times when you know you have anxiety and get panic attacks. That way you have crystal support and you can hold the stones to calm your energy, along with any other coping methods you may have.
Crystals for Insomina:
Insomnia also comes with a few recommendations because people have insomnia for various reasons.
If you're struggling with a busy mind during the night, Black Tourmaline, Petrified Wood or Red Jasper at the bottom of your bed by your feet may help to ground your energy and promote better sleep.
If you're struggling to relax at night, Celestite, Howlite, Blue Chalcedony or Rose Quartz can help to put you into a more relaxed state for sleep. I'd recommend meditating with it before bed, holding it and focusing on your breathing and keeping it on your bedside table.
If you're struggling with nightmares then Amethyst or Lapis Lazuli with a good grounding stone such as Black Tourmaline can help to guard against that.
Now these are A LOT of suggestions that I'm offering you so I'd say to look at all of the ones I've offered, then take a few days to see which you're drawn to and keep thinking of. Let you intuition guide you to which you need.
