Q: I am new at using crystals so here we go! What is the best way to use crystals? Do you hold them while you meditate or is it a matter of placing them on your body? I am going thru a very stressful time and am trying to use them for peace, clarity, stress relief and general mental healing.

Dear T,
Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.
As for meditation with crystals, do what feels right for you. There is no right or wrong way, just your way.
I can give you several suggestion. Try them out and choose the one that works best for you. This is a simple way to meditate with your crystal and tune in to your crystal. As you meditate hold the crystal in your hand, look at the crystal, what is its shape, can you see inside the crystal. As you concentrate on the crystal, see in your mind the light and colors of your crystals, let them flow through your body and become one with your crystal. Another way is to set the crystal on the table as you meditate. Imagine the energy of the crystal surrounding you and fill you. Feel its vibration and let yourself vibrate with the crystal. Lets is steady and calming energy become your energy.
Read through the articles and choose the aspects of the crystals that feels right and resonates with you. Have fun with them, collect them and just enjoy them.
