Hi there K,
I have some old Facebook Post that I can share with you of grids we created for the Third Eye and Throat Chakra, for inspiration because I feel it's 1. important to use stones YOU'RE attracted to for YOUR intention and 2. to trust your intuition when creating the grid.
I've attached photos of both grids for you and here's the content of those Facebook Posts:
Throat Chakra:
"Good Afternoon Loves!! I created this grid to help me work with my Throat Chakra. It includes Chrysocolla, Aqua Aura Quartz, Aquamarine, Neon Apatite, Larimar, and Blue Topaz.
The Throat Chakra is the communication center in our energy bodies. Recognized by its pale blue color it is located over the physical throat; for most people this means working on the Throat Chakra will aide with verbal communication. Indeed, it does help with this. Finding the right words to express your thoughts, opinions, wants, needs, or desires can be extremely difficult, especially if you are shy or have trouble finding the right words to describe what you are trying to express. It becomes even more challenging when you consider the impact of tone and inflection; trying to communicate clearly so that you are not misunderstood or do not accidentally hurt someone can be very difficult."
Third Eye Chakra:
"Good Morning Loves!! Continuing with the Chakra Grid series I've been posting, here is the grid for the Third Eye Chakra. This grid was created with Indigo aura quartz, Chalcedony, Azurite, Clear Quartz, and Amethyst.
The Third-Eye Chakra rules the pineal gland, although there is some disagreement to this, as some believe it is the pituitary gland that is controlled by the Third-Eye Chakra. Still others feel that the Third-Eye Chakra controls both the pineal and pituitary glands, and that one is yin while the other is yang (or male/female). However, images of the brain show that the gland most resembling an internal eye is the pineal gland, even though it faces the back of the head, while the pituitary faces the front.
The Third-Eye Chakra delivers energy to the part of the self that desires to know what is unseen. From the Third-Eye Chakra comes intuition, imagination, insight, dreams, and intellect. A healthy functioning Third-Eye Chakra allows one to have healthy detachment, mental clarity, knowledge of the connection to others, an ability to see the big picture (lateral thinking), an ability to visualize desires, and sometimes, active psychic abilities. Those with an open and active Third-Eye Chakra are often initiates in the metaphysical and/or seen as being very spiritual, and can exhibit an affinity for manifestation work and/or dream work."
