"Hello, Is it possible to respond to vibrations of gemstones with a cough? I’ve been coughing for 3 weeks since I have a Quartz, Shungite and Hematite. Today for the first time I used a jade pendant, and the cough was more severe. A long time ago I had a lung surgery. If it is possible such a body reaction how may I help myself? Thank you for your crystal inquiry.
I am not familiar with a cough being a reaction to crystals although anything is possible. Seeing your doctor about the persistant cough is suggested.
You may try some Aquamarine, Blue Calcite and Larimar to bring some relief from the cough. These are all very soothing and calming crystals. Place them in the hollow of your throat when you feel the coughing coming on.

 I have experienced coughing from one specific crystal (amazonite). I found this page by googling about it to understand why it's happening. I could be blindfolded and someone else could place different palm stones on me one at a time and if it's amazonite. I will have a true cough. Like I've got something in my chest/throat that needs to come out. It's similar to the cough you get with C19 or a cold, but it goes away within minutes once the stone is removed.
