"I have recently begun putting a Shungite stone in my bottled drinking water. I just either add water to the existing bottle, or if I think it's getting funky, I'll 'pour' the stone into a new bottle. I've been doing this for about a month.
When and should I remove the stone to recharge it and is it necessary to do that? And if so, should I use any of the methods mentioned on your (very knowledgeable) site to do it?

Thank you for your crystal inquiry.
If you are using a crystal daily, in my opinion, it should be cleansed and/or charged at least once a week. Giving the crystal a chance to re-coup from use is important. If you have another one to use while the other "rests" that would be good. Also cleanse the bottle daily to remove any minerals that stick to the interior of the bottle.
Yes, you could use alternative methods to charge the water and you can find that information here. I prefer a bottle with a separate compartment for the crystals which we have on our website. This link will take you to those: Water Bottle. This allows you to switch out the crystals to suit the crystal needs you have currently.
