Question:
"Drinking water charged with these crystals. How do you do this with water? I have chronic tinnitus so I'm trying what I can to help this situation and to eliminate even a fraction of the ringing."
Answer:
Hello, S.
To make a crystal infused drinking water, the indirect method (placing crystals outside the container, not inside the water) is recommended. The crystals are placed outside and touching the (usually clear; glass, plastic) container. To put crystals inside the water runs the risk of ingesting a toxic mineral or possibly building up too much of a mineral that is already present in the body or ruining a crystal that shouldn't get wet. Any form of a crystal can be used, however, a slab to place beneath the container or strung beads (bracelets, necklaces) wrapped around the container might be more ideal for this purpose.
For tinnitus, specifically, Azurite and Celestite can be helpful.
Amethyst, Rhodonite and Snowflake Obsidian can be helpful for hearing problems, in general.
Using crystals for the cause of your tinnitus (ear injury, age related hearing loss, circulatory issues) may give you further relief. You can browse through our Crystals for Common Conditions page or I would be happy to suggest more crystals, if you can tell me the cause.
Best wishes,
Katy Fae
