"I am new to crystals and am looking to learn as much as a can. I was hoping you could explain the mechanism behind this statement please:
Drinking water charged with crystals is one of the easiest ways to integrate the energy of crystals into your body on a cellular and vibrational level."
Thank you so much for contacting Healing Crystals and for your patience in my reply.
Crystal infused water is a great way to incorporate crystal healing into your life. When we put a crystal in water, the crystal infuses the water (and the water spirit) with its healing energy. When we drink or use the water, that healing energy is flowing directly into and through your body thus it reaches you on a cellular + vibrational level. Whereas, the energy is distributed differently when we do crystal healing with our hands (the energy is not directing inside our body).
The number one crystal that I recommend putting in your water is shungite. Shungite purifies, cleanses and removes toxins from the water. Here is a great article on the benefits of shungite in water. As well, any quartz is excellent to put in water as its an easily found stone with so many benefits (clear quartz is called 'the master healer'). Rose quartz is lovely for water because it infuses the water with infinite love. For your information, here is a list of crystals that cannot be put into water.
I recommend cleansing and charging your crystals before putting them in the water. Here is an article that explains several ways to do this.
When working with any crystal it is important to set a clear and strong intention for the healing so that you can direct the crystal's energy. An affirmation can aid your intention. For example, "I seek and speak the truth with perfect love and perfect trust." Your intention is absolutely key in crystal healing.
