The various methods include: smudging, singing bowl, water (best for tumbled crystals), prayer, breath, moonlight, sunlight (use with caution), salt, rice and more. You can read more in-depth about this here -> How to Clear Crystals
You can use Moon water to clear your crystals if you'd like. Some stones are considered toxic but if you're not drinking the water you use to cleanse your stone or licking it, then you should be fine.
