Question: I need crystal healing advice. I want to let go of the past and move forward. I wish to attract positive relationships in my life and was thinking of using Amethyst and Rose Quartz together. I am confused whether to use a pendant or a bracelet and how to use crystals. I have also heard that if not used properly, the effect isn’t there. Kindly suggest to me a method in which I can use them and also how to clean them.

Thanks for reaching out to us. For letting go of the past, I recommend using Sugilite. Amethyst and Rose Quartz are good choices for attracting positive relationships. Try placing a piece of Rose Quartz on your bedside table for this too. Any way that you choose to use the crystals will benefit you. Choose whatever method you are most attracted to. Some options are to wear jewelry, carry them in a pocket or bag near you, place them around your space, charge your drinking water, or make a grid from them.
