Hi. Can you tell me if I can wear my Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Rose Quartz, and Carnelian Bracelets all together, and which ones can I wear to bed. Thank You.
Dear T,
Thank you for contacting Healingcrystals.com with your questions. First, let me share the standard disclaimer that I am not a medical professional. Crystals should never replace medical treatment, but rather, are complimentary therapy that should be used to support the treatment recommended by your medical doctor.
It is certainly okay to wear those bracelets together. The first three crystals are all part of the quartz family, and so work very well together. Carnelian is an agate that works well with many other crystals. I would not, however, wear carnelian to bed as it tends to increase your energy, and the Quartzwill amplify that effect!
I do not know what type of bracelets you have, so I don’t know if they are sturdy enough to wear to bed. For example, stretchy bracelets may break and pose a choking hazard as you move around in your sleep.
If you would like to have the effect of the crystals near you as you sleep, putting the bracelets on a bedpost, or on your nightstand would also help, but again, I’d put the carnelian in a drawer or across the room to avoid disturbing your sleep. I would also recommend that if you are wearing your bracelets a lot, you should cleanse their energy regularly either by sitting them on a piece of Selenite for a few hours, or by using one of the methods mentioned in one of our articles on cleansing crystals.
I hope these recommendations are helpful to you! Please contact Healingcrystals.com again if we can be of any further assistance.
Crystal Blessings!
Debbie
