"Hello I’m really new to cleansing crystals. So I washed them this morning and have put them out on the grass as we have a full moon tonight but it’s raining. Will they still charge?? Thank you!"

Yes they will still charge. Just because we cannot see the moon doesn't mean that the energy isn't there. It's a little like air: we can't see it but we know it's there because well we are breathing ;)
I would recommend caution though with putting it out in the rain because some crystals don't do well when getting wet and they can degrade over time. You can read more about this here: Crystals that can get damaged by Water
