Your company gives great customer service, and product too. Love how you pack your crystals and the little blessing card.
Here's a curious story about one of the two labradorite crystals I got from you. It had little points and projections and wanted to be in smaller pieces. For two days it seemed to be saying, "Break me open" So, I "asked" if a hammer would be okay to use and got that it would be. Broke apart the labradorite and then brought the seven pieces upstairs, put them on the table and the strangest thing happened!
A lovely fragrance filled the air. Was it from the stones? I smelled them on all sides and on the sides that had just broken open, the fragrance was very strong but on the other sides, not. It was a flowery fragrance, strong like lilac but more subtle, yet with great depth and vitality. To my knowledge I've never smelled anything like it. After about five minutes the fragrance dissipated. (And, I did smell my hands, fingers, clothes and there was no scent on them at all.) Am wondering if some stones have scents and did an internet search but did not get any results. So, do certain crystals have scents or did a scent somehow get caught inside the labradorite crystal I broke?
Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with us! It is my belief that crystals have a deva (nature spirit) inside of them. You may have picked up on a telepathic message asking for you to release the spirit in the stone. The fragrance was a gift to you from this energy. Many people feel badly when crystals break, but often times crystals put themselves in a position to break on purpose. The stone may wish to grow and it can't do it as a whole. It needs to become independent and break away. You were blessed with a unique experience and it was wonderful to hear about.
I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.
