Thank you for your order and for your inquiries about angels and chakras. "Seeing" angels is a very personal thing and while some people may see their brain's interpretation of angelic energy, some people sense their presence or receive "knowings" or messages from them with no accompanying images. If you want to learn more about being in contact with angels, you might search the angel expert and author Doreen Virtue. She has many resources that you might find helpful.
Chakras can be blocked in all sorts of ways, so it is difficult to give a specific response to your question. Visiting a reiki practitioner (energy healer) would be a good place to start with this as they may be able to unblock/energize/balance your chakras and provide insights into crystals for helping with this process, as it is often a gradual and ongoing process.
