Hi, I have a question. I do not live near any brooks, streams, or any flowing water of any type, and today finding one that isn't full of sewerage is difficult at the least. But I do have gutters, as most people do, and the rain runs clear. Would that be acceptable for cleaning my crystals? Thank you,

Hi S,

Thanks for sending us your question. I had not thought of clearing my crystals in the gutter before, but here are my thoughts on it. The rain has very good energy that does help to clear, which you can notice if you have ever danced in the rain. Also, any type of running water can clear crystals, even the water from a faucet. However, city water from a faucet will not work nearly as well as spring water, a stream or a waterfall. With that being said, I believe that putting your crystals in the gutter will clear the energy of them. Just be careful that they will not be carried off during a heavy rainfall and lost. You could also simply place the crystals outside in the rain to clear them. I definitely agree with you that putting them in polluted water is not good.

For your reference, the article Methods for Clearing Your Crystals describes some other ways that you can clear the energy of your crystals:
Please let me know if you have any other questions. I hope your journey is blessed with Love and Light.

Crystal Blessings,

Stephanie A.
