The crystal is large & appears beautiful, but it is coated in a gloss that makes it look fake & not as pretty. It takes away from the energy of the stone. Cannot return because it was on clearance. 3 stars because I love what's on the inside, not on the out.

For whatever reason, I feel specifically connected to my blue calcite pieces I received. First, they are beautiful and hardy, and there's something comforting about this particular crystal. From the first day, I have literally been carrying it around with me either in my pocket, or my jacket pocket (with zippers, so it doesn't accidentally fall out).
