My 12 year old daughter has bi-polar disorder. She hates being bi-polar. I feel she would benefit from learning and applying that knowledge of crystals to better gain control of herself. She has expressed an interest in this. I need help in finding a good, easy to understand book and which crystals I should get for her. My own knowledge is very small, I'm hoping she can teach me.

Thanks for your email. I do not know of a book that discusses crystals and bi-polar disorder specifically, but I would recommend Lepidolite and Lithium Quartz as two good choices.
