Citrine Natural Points

Question:

"What crystals can I sleep with to wake up positive and not depressed, and which should not be in my room when I sleep because I've got all of them in my bedroom?"

Answer:

Greetings T,

Thank you for your crystal inquiry.

I am not a medical professional and I strongly suggest following your healthcare provider's instructions. I have experienced depression before and it is not something that sleeping with a crystal will make disappear over night. Waking up in a positive mood is something you may have to consciously make an effort to do, i.e. saying a positive affirmation as you wake, putting a picture next to your bed of something or someone that makes you happy, etc. You could also place some positive crystals on your night stand and as you need them, hold them or carry them with you.

The following are ones that I like to suggest for depression and positive attitude:

  • Citrine - it warms, cleanses and energizes, transmutes negative energy, a very "sunny" stone
  • Blue Chalcedony - for emotional balance, healing and release
  • Dumortierite - for patience, support and calming
  • Black Tourmaline - for grounding, calming and protection
  • Lepidolite - for awareness, transition and balance. It also contains natural lithium which helps calm the mood.

As far as keeping all your crystals in your bedroom, I have so many where I sleep but I keep the ones that benefit me the most closest to my bed. You should have no problem with them in your room as the crystal vibration will only be of benefit to you.

I hope you find this helpful!
