Balancing your own Chakras with Crystals

There are many ways in which you can balance your own chakras with crystals, but here is one of the simplest and most effective methods which can also be used when working with others.
You will need one chakra set of crystals. You can use crystals you already have, or if you would like to purchase some, here is a simple and affordable chakra set:

A Self Balance - How to Balance All Your Chakras:
1. Lay down on your bed, the floor, or a massage table if you have one. (When working with a massage table, you also have the option of lining the crystals underneath the table).
2. Place the crown crystal just above the crown of your head on whatever surface you are lying on.
3. Place the third eye stone on your forehead, between your eyebrows.
4. Place the throat chakra crystal on your throat.
5. Place the heart chakra crystal on your heart.
6. Place the solar plexus crystal on your navel.
7. Place the sacral crystal on your pubic bone.
8. Place the root chakra on the surface you are lying on – between your legs and near the tailbone.
9. Invite your Guides in if this is appropriate for you, and give intent for your chakras to balance.
10. Lay there for 15 minutes or 20 minutes if you have time.
11. Express Gratitude for the healing energy that you have just received.
Follow this procedure every day for at least a week and note any differences.
If a crystal falls off of one of your spots, leave it off. Its work may be done. Do not be surprised if on occasion a crystal literally jumps off of you!
After you have engaged in this practice for a while, you might consider using a chakra set containing multiple stones on each individual chakra. This has a way of amping things up!
At times you may want to focus on an individual chakra and balance it by itself. Start by using an individual crystal that is appropriate for the chakra in question. Then work up to using a set with multiple crystals.
